    a year long???? damn!

what all do you plan on doing? any cage work? with going long travel ull have shock hoops with the coilover bolted to it, and to keep it from crushing ull need an engine cage...while your in there might as well make a bumper thats welded to the cage... thats just for the front.... what are you doing for the rear? ull need some deavers...and if you plan on mobbing it hard core ull want to do a leaf under setup (where the axle is above the leafs) then have a bed cage to hold the shocks since in stock location u wont have enough room for the travel...then to be safe ull need a cab cage (and tie it in to engine cage and bed cage)......am i forgetting anything? oh ull need rear fiberglass too, hydrolic bumpstops, straps....

you could do trailing arms and have tripple bypass's, tons of travel however ull need to do a slip yoke elimator conversion and get a slip driveshaft so it dont fall out of the tranny (I wanna do this)

gonna be expensive but its doable and should be pretty BA when all said and done.

Yeah when I go down to the shop this weekend were gonna take measurements and draw stuff up. I don't know if were gonna go with ball joints. Or none. Or unijoint yet. Ill keep everyone posted. Think were going with a 90" width though. He wants to go full race kit.

Crap. Ill get you that link in a lil bit.

No not yet, its still gettig built, they messed up and had to start over on some of the parts.

Throw the ball joints away. The only ones you keep will be on the pitman and idler arms, get moog joints for them and theyll be set, get heims for the inner and outer tierods, go uniballs on the spindle upper and lower. Since its going to be a full kit ull have boxed uppers and lowers, cut off the coil bucket completly, I was talking to brandon at BTF and he said you can run 35s max on a fabricated spindle safely, and anything bigger on a modified dana44 spindle.. Also on the outer tierod that attaches to the spindle go with a double sheer for strength.

Expect your truck to be out of commission for a while when your gettig this all done..

    And boom goes the dynamite.
