    I would offer him payoff or no more than 10k. I understand its helping out a friend but this could bite you on the ass. If you pay 12k for it you wouldn't be able to sell it for that. Low miles are a plus but most people buying new edge mustang for 12k are looking at Terminators. You can get a 500hp termi with 80-85k miles for 12k.
