whats been going on yall? got 2 days to myself....lol for once.

just got a fat check and made $400 this afternoon so im ready to spend a little. been thinking about doing the gauges this week, or atleast ordering them. been thinking about the oil temp gauge though. dont yall think its dumb to put one in since the trucks dash already displays oil temp? lol

oil pressure and trans temp will be the two im going with. im going to order the dual gauge pod, not the 3. i dont think that one will fit, not even sure if the dual one will fit without a modification or two. well find out.

dude sorry i havent had a chance to get you a fan yet. been busy as hell with work. my company truck broke down friday, the radiator cracked. so i might not work tuesday, i might have a chance to head to the junk yard. kinda hope i dont work tuesday lol theyre sending me to Ada which is by Grand Rapids.:suicide: 2.5 hour drive.

I would do water temp also. The factory gauge is pretty much an idiot light...

lol yea it is but i have my coolant temp displayed on my Edge anyways.

my boss drove 45 minutes from his house to meet me at the job i was at when it broke. we spent $90 at oreillys for coolant and 3 bottles of stop leak. them things are $11 a bottle. i poured 2 bottles in the radiator and it did shat. the thing ran long enough for me to finish the job i was at but started overheating again since the water ran out. filled it up before we left the job to head back home, drove 20 minutes and the thing was in the red again. pulled over, filled her up and drove till it was empty again, after that i hit the gas till i hit 60mph and threw it in neutral and cut the engine and let the ***** coast lol:jester: did that the rest of the way home. about a 40 minute drive.

work wont settle for awhile. we just got contracted to do like 4500 walkway slabs for the city of Toledo in Ohio. aparently there is some union thing where the city/state tells my boss what to pay us to do the work. were going to be getting paid $35/hr for any work done:jester: im pumped. thats more than what i get for overtime.

lol try driving a truck with a 5 yard hopper on the bed full of limestone. i get on the freeway doing 40mph. takes me a mile to get up to 70:jester:
