Would like yalls input on putting straight pipes on a 2000 f150 v6. I like the way they sound on v8s but don't know how it is on v6. Thanks
it will sound like crap in all honesty. for a v6, id look into flowmasters...they sound good on the pushrod motors
^x2 it sounds like a horse fartin in a mud puddle. straight pipes are really kinda dumb on a v8 too imo just go to autozone and get a flowmaster 40 series, cut the stock one out and put in the flowmaster with a flex pipe
i think theyre 60 or 70 bucks? yea heres one for $57 with a 2.5 inch inlet Flowmaster 42541 Original 40 Series Muffler 2.5" Inlet/Outlet | eBay
and a 70 is $129 Flowmaster Muffler Big Block II 70 Series 2 1/2" Inlet/2 1/2" Outlet Steel EA 700042014415 | eBay
