    I'm gonna do my grille today. Do I need to sand or anything? And how many cans do u think it will take??

    no sand no prep, just get the loose dirt and bugs off, I'd say 1 can if you spray conservatively

    it took me a can and a half to do my 4 wheels, so id say a can would be fine

    Just clean it real good and do about 3-4 coats
