Squeeling Noise with turbo from Passnger Side

    Well I found the source of the sound. The EGR valve was not responding and was stuck half open at startup. It did respond some, and that accounted for the randomness. The tech was able to make it whistle on command with the control module, the valve would only half way respond and let out the shriek.
