    3.55LS. does ford even make a 3.55 nonLS 4x4 f150? i know they make some superduties 4x4 with non LS

    Per the chart I looked up, it should be a 127-N if it is an LS. Be easy enough to verify when I get home because the 3.55LS is what is in my truck.

    A 19 is a 3.55 non-posi, non-ls according to the chart. Yes, Ford offered (and I assume still does) non-LS diffs.

    i know they offer non LS diffs in 2wd's i just wasn't sure if they did in 4x4's

    Do you think that his and mine were one of the very firsts of this generation has anything to do with this?
    Cause we both have 2004's which is the very early models, and everything else looks to be to fx4 specs according to my knowledge...

    I was told the fx4's had the special grey accents in the fenders and other plastics, with the specific red paint jobs which was an only fx4 thing...
    And that's why with the color red they didn't due the normal two-tone
