4.11 R&P I was just pricing this morning on Randy's Ring and Pinion. $400 + shipping for the both front and rear set (USA standard) Yukon's were like around $500 for both front and rear. $600 for the bearing kits, then all you need is oil maybe another $100 for both the font and back. so in parts we are talking $1200. So you should be under $2k with install.

it all depends on price. I looked at the 4.56 gears and they were cheaper btw.

I had my R&P install run me $500 for the rear, but that included seal/install kit.

4.56 can handle 37's perfect. 4.88's would be for the 40 club.

The reason most people run high gears w/ small (35-37") tires is for that low end torque, which is why most rock crawlers are overly geared. for what we all do/post up about doin, 4.88's are over kill for everyone almost.

yeah because rear R&P are cheaper same with the install kit. So double your cost(for the front) and add extra for the reverse cut cost.

Trucks are all about that low end torque tho. And gear ratios don't have tire weight and rolling resistance added into the equation. Overgearing is better in my opinion and since you can't get 4.30 reverse cut, go with 4.56
