I hear you also get find if you get caught not recycling, meaning you're required to have a recycle can, and if your trash can is full of recycle you get a fine.

Yes, yes I should. It's all just a big fat joke, I don't know about y'all but we reuse almost every single plastic bag we get from the grocery store. We use them in little trash cans, cat litter bags, my wife takes them with her on walks and picks up trash off the ground. They get recycled more than the paper bags when they are actually being recycled. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
