You'd be a fool to pay 60k for that with a Raptor sitting there for 7k less. That's just my opinion... Sent from my iPhone4 using Tapatalk
That's true, but, at least in my town, theres a lot of young kids with money from oil, they don't know the first thing about trucks and and will pay a lot of money just because it's lifted. they only care about it being taller than whatever they park next too. Theres a local used car dealer that specializes in selling lifted trucks. They buy stock used trucks and throw a lift and some shiny wheels on and they will sell right away. The ford dealer sold the first (blue) ftx the day they got it in. they parked a black ops in it's place and that sold the next day. Now theres another black ops and the red ftx for sale. I'm just not feeling the overall look of those trucks. The flares, the trim, it's all too much for me. I'd buy a regular 4x4 and build it myself for less then 60K. I suppose with the rich kids in your area, that trucks like that would appeal to em. If my folks were willing to spend 60k on a truck, I'd hot em up for a new Mustang Boss 302. Its not Ford by any means, its these characters at tuscany automotive The red lariat FTX was just shy of $65k
I don't get the name, what exactly is "black op" about a lifted bro truck? Sent from my iPhone4 using Tapatalk
i just saw a brand new F150 limited that was leveled on 33's i wana say and for a limited it looked DAMN good
According to my mom, who works at a bank and has talked to people about them. Part of the proceeds from the black ops trucks go to a charity for our military, though I can't remember exactly which charity/organization. I'll have to ask her again. Anyway, hence the name "black ops"...for the military...and they are blacked out. Sent from my Milestone X using Tapatalk 2
Well atleast some money goes to the military... But IMO I'd never buy one.. I can't stand dealer lifted trucks. Around here it's all about chrome.. The dealers try to stick as much chrome as possible on those trucks.. And then add some more
