    I haven't personally, doesn't mean the P.O. didn't though. When I got the truck it had four leafs and a 3" block replaced the factory 2".

    I'll try to remember to take a peek at my friends 97 next time I see him as well.

    dont mind this guy, he has 4 +1AAL, asks another guy with same body style with 4 and asks if he has an AAL. idiot :shakehead:

    alright. thats gotta be the difference then. everyone claims the 7700 has an extra leaf compared to all the other trucks. but that still dont explain why the rear ends are so high up compared to the regular 4x4s.

    is there a such thing as a different curve to a leaf pack?

    yes, to get rid of blocks to lift the truck you can get leafs with a steeper parabola (hahaha for you math geeks) they are usually longer, you will see this on hardcore trucks with leafs in the front..example:

    so it is a possibility you have a leaf set that has more arch to it than normal F150s.
