For a while now my sway bar links have been popping over every little bump so i replaced them. got all the bolts off but they wouldn't separate from the sway bar. I tried beating it with a hammer, tried it with a bigger hammer, and an even bigger hammer with no luck. then tried it with a pickle fork and of course that didn't work. the pickle fork actually separated the joint out of the socket :jester: finally ended up using a torch to heat them up and knock em out :winner_third_h4h: no more front end popping!

Man I feel your pain on the front end popping noise. Except mine pops because its the upper control arm maxing out constantly from my spacer. :jester: But hey when in doubt break out the torch. haha

:jester: I used the exact same process on my rear bumper last night.

Great job, and thanks for the write up! I haven't had a chance to check mine out. I don't even think mine has grease nipples, or if they do I must have missed them. I haven't had a chance to look under the truck lately due to horrible weather and a lack of a garage. Are those aftermarket links?
