    new design:

and if I use this 1A diode...

    1N4004 Micro 1-Amp Rectifier Diode : Diodes | RadioShack.com

and my lights are this each:

    WATTS 10
    INPUT VOLTAGE 12V DC

my total amperage is .88883 / light. that is what they draw, so since I will only have one light that will need power thru that 1A diode Im under the max load it can handle so If I put in 2 diodes where the arrows are I should be fine and nothing will blow up correct?

BTW Thanks Joe for the lights! I will be smashing them tonight to figure out how I can hack into them without having to hack up my factory harness :banana-mario:

    6" lift leafs + 3" lowering shackle = 3" of lift?

but will the pinon angle be happy?

    :hmm:

 if ya dont shim it right, obviously it wont be happy. Plus i dont know of anyone who makes a 3" lowering shackle.. or i would have one lol. The JLP ones claim 3", but they're around 2.25"-2.5"

Ive also heard 3in will hit the bed... Shims? Like tapered piece of steel that goes where a block would just not tall but changes the angle of pinon?

    And boom goes the dynamite.

Yes shims... pinion shims. Lift blocks (iirc) come tapered already to correct pinion. I know on lowered trucks, its a small enough piece to correct the pinion angle, but it wont add any noticeable height difference. As for the 3in hitting the bed, not 100% sure. But i can see how far off my 2" ones are after i grab some dinner.
