Soooo my brake lights don't work, lol blinkers, hazards and the locking flash works but brake lights don't. Not even the third. The fuse is good.. Is there a brake sensor?
Brake light switch on the brake pedal. Turns on the brake light when you depress the brake pedal. Look up on the brake pedal under the dash, switch should be halfway up the metal arm that comes down to the brake pedal pad, the part you put your foot on. Sometimes the switch goes bad. Used to be a green wire with red stripe that was the hot wire to the switch on previous F150's. IDK the hot wire to the switch on a 2004. But you could test the 4 wires there to see if one is hot 12 volts constant. If so suspect the switch is bad.
