    The plug you are holding has 7 wires.
    The Ford Diagram for heated turn signal power mirror has 8 wires.

    The turn signal wire for the front turn signal is in the
    floor board passenger side behind the plastic kick panel.

    You need to get those little caps painted to match your truck. I think it would look a lot better than that flat black. It shouldnt cost more than 50 bucks. But they look great on there. :peace:

    I'd say the 8th wire was for the signal led.

    Are you supposed to have signal mirrors?
    Those colors don't match up.

    They may have changed the wires between 08 and 09. I know they did after 06.
    Thanks for lining out the colors a little easier. I'm just suggesting to tap the rear turn signals instead of the front so they'll light up with the brakes also. That's what I did and I like it.

    well that's the point of me getting these. i didn't have them factory so the colors don't match up at all, that's what i need to figure out, what wire from the new mirrors do i need to take and tap into the turn signals.

    Ok whoa hold up.

    Are those factory mirrors from another truck or aftermarket mirrors?
    What all functions are they supposed to have?

    Power mirror? Heat? Puddle light? Signal light?

    If you connect to the truck's mirror harness wiring what wire
    doesn't match the wiring of the mirror?
    Does the truck's mirror wiring harness have 8 wires ?
