Does the power mirror work if you plug it into your truck ? You can do some bench testing on the mirror to see which one is the led signal if you don't have a wire color code with it. Take a small metal pin, say a small nail, and push that into the mirror connector on the black wire coming out side, make sure it is touching the metal crimp connector inside that cavity, that way the male/female connector on the other side doesn't get messed up. Put it into the black wire presuming black is ground, and connect that by a wire to a 12 volt battery ground. Take a wire and another small metal pin/nail and make a test probe connected to the battery positive 12 volts. Probe the positive wire into the red and see what that turns on. For safety's sake put a 5 amp fuse on the positive wire just in case one of the wire colors you probe is another ground that is connected to the black wire inside the mirror. If ya connect to the black wire for ground and the red wire to fused 12 volt positive and the puddle light or signal led doesn't come on or mirror motors don't move that red wire may be the heated glass wire if it has a heated mirror.
