anyways, enough dreaming. back to the mirror problem. i was looking at the plugs and every wire has a match except for one, i'm guessing that could be the led? gonna run it and splice into my switchbacks and see if it is or not
Just splice the wires from the mirror and touch the ends to your battery, see if the leds light up. Don't tap into your turn signals yet until you know what you're hooking up.
I did that and nothing, they wire is black but it wouldn't make sense for it to be a ground cause it isn't plugged into anything
maybe if you read my tow mirror write up you would know WHAT wire in your door sill is for the turn signals
Smoke test the wiring? Seen several times the supposed electrical guru at Choo Choo Customs smoke test wiring on the vans.
either this or give me the year those mirror came off cause im too lazy to search for it and i can pull it up on mitchell ondemand for ya.
