    Hey guys I havent been on in while since I sold the old 97 f150. Ive been so busy with school that I havent had time or money to find a new truck. Ive found one that I really would like to buy but I would like some input from you guys.

    Apple Valley,MN 2000 Ford F-150 XLT Used Super Cab near Minneapolis,MN Northfield,MN Apple Valley Ford Lincoln

    This is the truck. Any input would be helpful. I think it looks pretty good, the one thing I dont like is the exhaust. I just dont like how the tips are so far back and under the bumper.

    Very different exhaust.
    I'd wanna roll under inspection that beast on a creeper.

    Welcome back man. And remember, ya don't need to have a ford to come and talk... Just need to love ford. Truck looks pretty decent. Good luck when you go to buy.

    Oh it needs to be a ford. I wont buy a chevy, but I have considered dodge.

    thats the first thing i noticed. that underbody looks like its been through a few winters. check that out.

    looks like its had it rough. not bad for the price based on the mileage though.

    Yeah I looked it over and drove it for a bit and being that it has a 3 inch body lift and 305 tires it drove ok but it was all over the road. I feel like the 5.4 still did pretty well pushing those tires. It had some rust on the lower inside of the doors and a little surface rust on the rockers. I just couldnt pull the trigger on it being that I dont know its history too well. If its still at the dealer in a week or so I might go down there again and Lowball them and see what they say. It had a few other quirks but they were all fixable.

    Ive been looking high and low for trucks and Ive found a few other ones.

    2002 F150 Ex Cab 4Door 4X4 ( Super Clean)

    2001 FORD F150 -- SUPERCAB - STEPSIDE -- XLT -- 4X4

    I checked these 2 out and they both apparently have salvage titles. That doesnt bother me too much as long as they were repaired well. The stepside is not an fx4 because it has the 4.6L v8 and it doesnt have the upgraded wheels.
