looks pretty good if you and the frame and throw some paint on it. once I get my new box I will do much more and a better job...but did what is easily seen for now. Sent From My Samsung Galaxy SIII With Tapatalk 2
cut a couple thin lines through the head with a cutoff wheel and then air chisel took em right off. just don't use the cheap $10 one from harbor freight...get a decent one. Sent From My Samsung Galaxy SIII With Tapatalk 2
that wasn't directed directly towards you lol but any others who may be about to undergo this awful task. I got a Ingersoll Rand... does a nice job I must say. need some harder chisels though... have to keep sharpening them. lol actually my wife got it for me for birthday. yeah me! and if anyone in Iowa comes across a good rust free box.......let me know. have one located in Illinois, closer would be better..but ya guys do what ya gotta do. Sent From My Samsung Galaxy SIII With Tapatalk 2
No direction taken Jon. I did find a good deal on a 3/8 drive ratchet and a right angle drive air drill in the Ingersoll Rand. Just wondered about the rivets though, some goof I used to work with chiseled on some half a day before moving to a grinder.
a grinder would work...but cutting a couple skis in the head and then chisel...come right off Sent From My Samsung Galaxy SIII With Tapatalk 2
I have a dilemma...maybe. Last year I leveled my 94 with 3/4T could in the front. leveled it nicely. I have just finished replacing the rest of the suspension...and I put 3/4T leaf springs on the rear. All is good, however now it sits high in the rear again. What are my options for raising the front say another 2"? Would like to use coils, not spacers, will I need drop radius arm brackets? New radius arms? Any issues getting it aligned? Also, probably should get longer travel shocks front and rear... front for sure if I raise another 2". Anyone have any input on this? Sent From My Samsung Galaxy SIII With Tapatalk 2
