the cops can't do anything if you have a bullbar, all you have to tell them is that's how the license plate is mounted and you can't change it.

 

Didnt work for me haha. Which is why mines still zip tied to my grille.

 

worked for my friend haha he had the same problem and got pulled over for it not being visible. told the cop the only way he could move it is by drilling somewhere and he wouldn't move it so he let him off lol

 

I have screws in the bottom two holes of the license plate going to the top holes of the mount so it shows. But my KC's cover most of 2 letters but I haven't been pulled over for it. Yet... It's mainly if there's a cop that feels like pulling you over for it. Most won't.

 

I am not to worried about the plate .. ya gotta do something stupid to get pulled over.

I get cops stop me from time to time just to ask about things on the truck.

 

thats surprising though. friendswood/pearland cops are horrible
