So we've been looking at wheels and tires for the new expy, I've got my dad talked into 3/2 coil spacer lift, and we decided on some 305 65 17s and still kicking around the idea of an 18 inch rim, the question inhave is offset. Can someone estimate the offset on the attached pic? We want it to looks something like this.

There are so few lifted expys it's hard to find info on the. Short of joining the expy forum and asking, but I have a forum right here to ask first ha ha ha.

Most of the 17s I've been looking up are 17x9 so that kind of looks like the aftermarket standard. One bid for -12 ha ha

Sorry, I should have listed that. It's an 04 eddiebauer without air assist.

my guess would be -12. good thing you didn't get air assist. i had one with air once and hated it. what a pile of junk. never again. they leak and are expensive to replace. i traded mine with leaking air bags cause to fix them would be $1500.

You can run 12.50 wide tires with 5.5" of backspacing and a 9" rim also.

Have you looked for any 285/70R17s? They're a 1/2" narrower and the same height, so they should fit easier.

The guy who had/has that black expy was selling parts on another forum, and i think the wheels were being sold too. I'll look and see if i can find his specs.

I think the 305 65 17s is the way he wants to go. With the pictures we've seen it seems the 3/2 lift with the 305 65 17s with what looks like the -12 offset is the look he wants. He likes the wide stance with tires hanging out just a bit.
