If it were me I'd get that 2002. It looks real clean and its got a 5.4 :)

Yeah thats what I was thinking. If I finance it through the dealer do I still need to have full coverage insurance since it has a salvage title??

    No...

My work truck at my old job was a f250 with a 5.4.. it got the job done but had a serious drinking problem.. it was so underpowered it wasnt funny we got stuck in a cul de sac once cause it wouldnt back our trailer up a hill.. to be fair though our trailer did weigh about 8000+ lbs depending on how much matterial we had on it..

Still after driving it I would never recomend a 5.4 250

I dont see why it would be that bad. It only weighs about 500 pounds more, and it would be nice to have a solid front axle and leafsprings.

It wouldn't be too bad since it's a regular cab. Though a manual trans would make it a ton better. Can you find out what gears it has?

Im not sure on the gearing. I would guess 3:73 or 4:10.
And I would only be towing an 18ft alumacraft or a sledbed with a couple machines.

Give it a test drive and see what you think.
