Stumbled across a throttle lag fix earlier.

"The throttle calibration; Start with the truck off. Turn the key on, do not start just have the key in the ignition on position. Slowly depress the gas pedal all the way to the floor (remember I said slowly, real slow). When you press the throttle all the way to the floor, take you foot off the pedal. Then turn your truck off. Repeat this procedure 2 more times. Then start her up."

Noticed a pretty significant difference in my opinion. No performance mods and pulled a 0-60 (using the stopwatch on my phone) somewhere between 6.8-8 seconds. (Started the time a little after I took off on accident). Decided I should share with everyone on here and see if it helps. Works on all vehicles where the throttle is controlled electronically by the computer.

I'm pretty sure if I were to floor mine it would probably smoke the tires now... Wish I knew of a good backroad round here to hide on and try it. Haha

Glad to help! I know I always hated how slow it took off and figured others did too!

Nope they're ECT. And txfx04 what's the wrench icon? Something on your tuner? That sucks. But at least it fixed

    That's some great info Taylor.
Hmm, wondering if this also works for a "fly-by-wire" accelerator pedal
    on a Powerstroke.

It's code P2106 throttle actuator control system. Basically like a "limp" mode. Only happens to me when I first turn the truck on, and give it a little gas while turning. Weirdest thing. You can still drive but at like half power. Rarely happens and when it does like I said turning the truck off and back on takes care of it. Sometimes it happens when I'm I'm 4-lo
