You'll want a timesert kit, I've got one. It comes with everything you need to rethread and countersink the head, insert a carbon steel timesert an then ream it so it bites into the head

Alright guys here's the update. This is going to be lengthy.
So all of you obviously know what happened..Well I started looking into all of yalls opinions..Helicoil vs Timesert. So here is what I did. I went to my local O'Reilly Auto and asked to see their Helicoils. After looking at them for about 10 minutes I decided that is not what I wanted. Didn't look strong enough to me. So the guy there recommended another type of Helicoil. It is made by the company Helicoil but is called Sav-A-Thread(Pictured below). Looked a lot like the Timesert insert. It was actually a solid piece and not thin wire coils like the other Helicoils. And on top of the insert it had knurling that actually grabbed ahold of the block once it was tightened in all the way. I bought it. I also bought the red high temp silicone which is says to apply to the insert pre-install. Total was right at $40. Went home...cleaned the area of any loose debris...took the tap out and applied a heavy coat of grease to it. Put the tap in the hole and began the tapping process. Every 1/4 turn I would bring the tap back out and wipe off the shavings and apply more grease. Less chance of shavings falling in the cylinder if I wiped regularly. Took me about 1 hr to tap it since I was extremely careful and took my time. By the time I finished that it was just about dark so I went ahead and wiped off all the grease from down in the hole and got the insert out and applied the silicone and screwed the insert in place and left it alone for the night. Today I came home after work and finished it up. Got the shopvac out and attached a 1/4" hose to it and cleaned out the cylinder REALLY good. Took a shop towel and attached it to an extension to clean the hole out really good again. Then I put my spark plug in...put the coil back on...said a quick prayer....turned it on and it sounded good. I then cleaned up my mess and let it run for a little while and then drove it to town. I noticed then that something wasn't right. Every time I gave it gas it was sputtering and not taking off very well from a dead stop. I went back home pissed off. Sat in the truck on my phone researching on the internet what the hell could be the problem and came up with this....One guy said he had a similar problem after changing his plugs and wires. He had forgot to unplug his battery when he changed everything and the computer was still thinking it was set to the old plugs and wires. He undone his battery and let it sit for an hour while the computer reset itself and hooked it back up and problem solved....So I tried that. Took 2 minutes to undo the battery cables and I waited an hour. Went back out to the truck and hooked the battery up and the truck is now back to perfection. Runs great, idles better than it did before. I am very pleased with the install of this $33 insert. Easy to do. Took a total of about 2 hours from start to finish. Minus having to wait while the battery was unhooked and the computer was resetting. Tomorrow I will give another update as to how it is running. I will be doing a lot of driving tomorrow so wish me luck that this is now completely fixed. And for anyone needing to do this..Make sure the battery is unhooked before starting to ensure you don't have the same problem I did. Luckily that's all it was and not something serious. I thought I had lost compression because that's what it felt like. Anyways, I believe that about covers everything. If anyone has questions feel free to ask. And thanks again everyone for the advice and help. Without y'all I wouldn't have figured out even where to begin on this. Everyone have a great weekend and Thanks again!

Thanks guys! It really wasn't as big of a deal as I originally thought it was going to be. A little time consuming, but worth it because I didn't want to pay a shop hundreds of dollars to do it. So far so good. Thanks again everyone for the help and advice. I would have been lost. Have a good weekend!
