Gotcha, just asking cause some people have a very specific purpose they're looking for, like winch or something like that. Just gonna build one out of like 3/16" sheet?
Hey you'd be surprised, that snow plow helps feed all the air throw the radiator, I'm sure it has some downforce but is negligible in any street use

Mainly just looks, something rugged looking. Something like a road armor but not as fancy. Maybe some D ring mounts. Plus you never know when someone will rear end you, back in to something while drunk. Etc. lmao yeah 3/16" would be best. That's what my old bumper on the 97 was

In my own imaginary world, where. Respect for wome
3/16 is for girls. We are goin straight 1/4. I'm gonna get some thin sheet metal for template mock up and go from there. I am making a winch for the front and something regular for the back. We should put a 2" receiver in for you if you decide to ever do a front. That way you can just get a winch w/ a receiver carrier and you got it for front or back whenever. Just my opinion...

lol you can go 1/4" i'm going with 3/16". you'd be surprised how much heavier a 1/16" makes plate. i plan on just building the bumper around the receiver i have. nothing fancy :burnout:

All about design, you could use 1/8" with a good design. Even in welding class in college we had to build little boxes out of 24 gauge that we could set our trucks on. All about design
