I won't run my battery down. I will usually lead the pack so I will just run the 10". If I am following I may run my factory lights, but then again.... Na!

alright you light experts, I've been looking for a how to on this for about a week and I've come up empty, so I'm in need of your search abilities/knowledge.
i just got tow mirrors, but since i have an 04 there is no wire in the pin for me to plug into to make my puddle lights and my turn signals work.
I need a how to with pictures preferably of how to wire this.

I also was considering while I'm tackling all of this, to wire led running lights/turn signals to the front of my tow mirrors. I've seen how to's and stuff on doing them to the newer mirrors, but nothing for the tow mirrors. Anybody seen anything?

no only with blinkers and hazards. don't know about the puddle lights though. you could find the fuse for the dome light and tap into that or just wire it up to a toggle switch

yeah I'd have to wire them to the dome lights. Cause a toggle switch would defeat the purpose, their supposed to turn on when I hit the unlock button.

I hard wired the turn signals to the rear turn signals so they come on with the brakes also. I traced the dome light wire to the door sill and wired my puddle lamps to that.

Nobody has done front lights on the older trucks since there's nothing on the front of our mirrors like the 09+

    sent from my igloo
