Well after calling Ford, it looks like the diff is still under warranty. I have six months left, and had no idea. Ha ha. As soon as I'm done moving next month, it's shop bound! Thanks again for the input guy!
Sounds like your on the right track. I bet the carrier bearings are worn possibly the pinion bearings as well.
