Just asking, are your headlights severely yellowed?
If so that maybe why your high beam headlights have little output.
Another reason may be the headlight bulb inside the housing
is old and has diminished output due to age of the
    filament inside the headlight bulb.

No, the headlights are in good shape actually. I would lean more on old bulbs. I'll probably replace the bulbs though one day after I get everything right, and keep the old ones as backup.

Don't worry Joe, I'm a conscious driver. So if I mod that relay for the Fogs, then would I only have to put in one relay for the Off road lights?

One relay for the aux. fog lights unless
you want my "everything is on" mod.

Alright. Walmart sells these for $12 a pop. It says LED but has just halogen bulbs? 100watts.

Blazer 100 LED Baja off Road Quartz Chrome Halogen Light - Walmart.com

The only thing is 1, the chrome wouldn't look good in my opinion. 2 by the time I get down there, buy a roll of wiring, and buy a relay, buy a switch, and paint the housings black I'll have a $60 set of fog lights.

Harbor Frieght carries a set complete with everything, which everyone keeps talking about. There probably pretty bright, (100w) but if you read carefully the housing is plastic and the front cage which is part of the housing is plastic also. Probably pretty bright, but probably pretty chinsy too. Only $29.00 + shipping for $7

    Off-Road Long-Range Truck Light System

The next thing up that I found close to what I'm looking for is these Rugged Ridge ones. I don't know anything about them other then the slim version is labeled as a Off-Road Fog light and the regular one is just labeled Off Road. 100watts. But these are almost $80.00

Rugged Ridge 15207.51 Off Road Light Kit : Amazon.com : Automotive

But I think I pretty much made up my mind with these KC's. There black, which is what I wanted, the mount doesn't look like its a pain in the @$$, complete with relay and wiring, their 100watts, and plus they just have a good reputation. $97.00 free shipping. Definitly don't wanna go over $100.

Then theres these 130watt set which is cool. But way more then I would like to spend

    What do you all think?

I was looking at a couple black bull bars that would be cool but i'm gonna save my money and just either make a light bar out of some scrap angle irons, or just drill them right into the bumper. I'll use my imagination.
