Hey fellas, ain't been on in a while. Just got a easy question I hope someone can answer. I have a buddy who used to have a supercab '01. He still has the steps from it, my question is will they bolt onto my single cab or is that going to call for some fab work. Keep in mind I didn't ask IF I should put them on, because I know you all will say NO NO NO!!! I'm just tired of crawling up and in at 4:30 in the morning when i'm still half asleep and tired of hearing the lady complain about flashing everyone on sunday mornings in a dress haha. Plus...they're free so, its a win/win
The rear bracket might not line up to a mounting location. If that is the case you can make a simple bracket going from original mounting to the step mounting and you should be good. Pics of steps and your mounting areas would help.
Are they factory steps or after market? Steps really are easy to mount. Actually if you want I have. Brand new set of hoop steps if sell you
they are going to look weird because of the length. but the rear bracket wont line up since there is no cab there for it to bolt to.
Well I'm gonna give my buddies set a shot but if it doesn't work I'll holler at you. I'd be just as happy with some simple hoop steps like those anyway. Any idea on $$$ ?
