    I found a black paint by accident that light shines thru.
    The night light in muh bedroom burn out last night so
    I got a new 10 watt CF bulb and painted it black on 3/4 of it
    with Rustoleum Rust Reformer.

    Let it dry and screwed it in, when I turned it on it
    was as if I painted it lightly with VHT Nite-shades.
