Rust repair- need help

    I'm am using 3m spotting putty now.

    Everything is coming out great. I have a little more sanding, primer, then it's ready for paint

    Gotcha, usually glazing putty is only used for pin holes, i assume you just meant youre using glazing putty right now over the filler, is it just air dry stuff? Are you just using a rattle can primer?

    It went over bondo, primered, then more, sanding and it's ready for primer then paint

    If you're gonna have a shop spray it let them prime it to, stay away from rattle cans as much as you can, they'll laquer check on you. You want a 2k high build primer. It'll be with every penny for the shop to do it

    My uncle and I were going to try painting it and if it looks bad then I will do a flat black- cant really mess that up.
