    Exactly, and no giant skid plate. Then again I don't think of a bronco like a pre runner in any way, I know people have built em but I don't think of them that way at all

    you realize most ford prerunners have long travel TTB....


    Personally, I've never liked the tube bumpers. Like cowboy said, looks too prerunnerish. Always thought a heavier bumper was better for a trail rig cause it offers a lot more protection.

    That said, thats a good looking example of a tube bumper, so if you want to go that way, thats a good one.

    not alot of people with broncos as pre runners though..

    :shrug: if I were to build a prerunner it would be a ranger with IFS, broncos just seem like they'd be way too top heavy for that kind of stuff. If I had a bronco it would be a trail rig

    Yeah mine definitely wont be a pre runner just saying the few there are are cool..

    Im just gonna gear mine towards general off roading.. trails and mud and whatever the hell else I feel like running over lol

    Typically pre runner bumpers are thinner tubing and trail tube bumpers are just the opposite. Just find a bumper with like a 2-2/12 .120 or .85 Dom tubing
