lets see, I got bored of the tips out the back and i never cleaned them so they got all rusted and what not so i cut them. left the piping dumped over the axle. sounds a little quieter, I guess having no tips the exhaust doesn't really project  Also ordered plugs and boots(cause adam said so) and picked up a few bottles of techron. Got some Moog lower balljoints as well, looking for time to do that fun project.

Your the only person I know of that would clean their whole truck and not wash their exhaust tips. haha It looks pretty clean without them though..

Back to your Retros. Did you put in the halos? I'm prepping to do mine (FINALLY) and am unsure of how to mount them.

Use a good epoxy, the guy at retroshop uses SEM general purpose adhesive
If your putting the halo on the shroud put a small notch in the shroud to hide the wires

Great looking truck, I wish I could have as much fun with mine as you do with yours. The ticking from the cam phasers is getting worse... :(

I don't clean the tips of my exhaust either. They exit in a way that they pretty much touch the bumper, making the process of cleaning them a pain in the ass. :(
