    tried the multimeter thing, either i suck at electronics or a relay is bad because the needle didn't move lol

    Replace the relay and try again... To see if you suck, check against the battery. It should show up around 12.6v (or -12.6 if you have the leads backwards)

    got a new relay and popped it in and still nothing. could it be the relay under the hood?

    Me and electrical things don't get along :( I fixed my hi beams for my projectors and my fog lights go out. Go figure lol
