Need advice on my boat.

Here is one I took this am. She needs some love.

Here's an update, I disassembled the engine. Most of it was while the engine was still on the boat. Then removed the block. There's more damage to the middle piston/cylinder than I thought. Still fixable, but more time=$$$. So, 2 pistons and connecting pins, and a complete set of rings. Used a ridge reamer and started to clean it up some. Next step is to hone/de-glaze the cylinders and determine if that will be enough to remove the damage to the cylinder walls. I may need to join a boat forum to help get this thing back together.
