Well it burned out and ny replacement fell out of my truck and broke haha so I have two more that take bulbs instead of the whole lens lighting up so I'm going to pop some h3 HIDs in them if DDM will get back to me. I received my bulbs and ballasts but the bulbs have what seems to be paint on them. Idk if I should use them anyway or wait another month for DDM to send me more. Customer service there is lacking.

I'm done with DDM. I ordered bulbs from them a couple years ago, one took close to two months to get here and one burned out within a month. Ordered another set of bi-xenons a few months back. Upon installation, only one had a functioning high beam. Other bulb doesn't work. Whatever. Ordered a kit for my dad's truck. Same Damn thing. Only one working high beam. Now one of the fog lights in my truck is turning colors. And the other doesn't fire up half the time. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Yeah it took me forever to get mine. Ordered on dec 6th and recieved on the 26th. Dylan if yours worked then I might as well just try em out and if they fail then I can send em back. And I guess just keep getting more lol these are pretty simple bulbs no hi-low option so hopefully no issues. Buddy of mine has two pair and doesnt have any issues.
I mean besides every now and then one fog will stop working but every hid kit from every brand ever does that. I've never heard of a kit that works flawlessly, every car I see on the highway with hids has one of them out it seems I know next problem I have with hids I'm ripping them out and throwing halogens back in. Sick of it lol
Hids are overrated imo plus they never work right. Pass for me. I like my lights to work when i turn them on
I have HIDs in my headlights and Hellas. when I get fed up with the DDM Hellas Ill go buy more from TheRetrofitSource, as they stand behind their products.
