Tires work great in all conditions. The only draw back is if you spin them, they dig until they get traction. So you have to be easy on the throttle. But they clean out and grip 95% of the time.
Ordered some new gauges to replace my crappy Digital ones that burned out... http://www.fordfullsize.com/forum/f48/cyberdyne-gauges-7615/ New ones have Analog and digital reads on them, along with multiple dimming modes. Saved $50 on each one also MaxTow Transmission Temperature Gauge : Amazon.com : Automotive Amazon.com: MaxTow Water Temperature Gauge: Automotive If these don't work out, then maybe I'll try the GloShifts
Here are the new ones installed. Hardest part was running the wires through the firewall. The included harness made it easy to wire everything up. The one difference from most gauges is this had a 12v Always On, thats to hold onto the dimness setting you pick. I didn't know that at the time, and wired it to the "Ignition On" wire, oh well. Thanks guys, the other neat thing is that the analog gauge works even with the power off. Hopefully these last longer than my other ones, if not, then I'm buying Autometer lol My bit of wisdom from this is buy American and you get what you pay for. That's about all I've got planned for the truck right now, besides the Livewire TS in the mail. Next big step is suspension, hopefully an AAL installed this summer, then Camburg/Icon UCAs and Bilstein 5100s or Fox 2.0s. What was the name of the guy on here that was making suspension stuff? his UCAs looked pretty sweet too.
