I always used syn blend or high mileage. Both the 150s with a 5.4 I had were over 100k. There's debate whether synthetic or non synthetic actually makes a difference ha ha. I never noticed any difference but I kept up with my oil changes and I didn't really have either truck long enough to notice much of a long term difference. Never had any problems though. Just don't use tractor oil, even if it is free... some of the other guys will get that joke ha ha Sent from My Porcelain Throne using Tapatalk
Tractor oil bahahahahahahahahahahaha. I use high mileage in my truck. Did on my last one too and that had 187k when i sold it and the guy is still driving it. Has over 200k now. I used mobile 1 high mileage.

yeah never tractor oil it could start leaking.......but I have used high mileage oil in my 91 and right now for my 08 I havnt done an oil change on it, but when I do I will use full synthetic
I use full synthetic in all of ours. It lets you run a longer oil change interval. I do 7500mi on my truck and 5000mi on the Jeep
