    It was rusting off any way. I think I cut it too short tho cuz now it kinda starts but then cuts out and smells flooded. Any ideas?

    How much did you cut off? Mufflers,cats?

    Just the pipes, probably left 4 inches after the muffler.

    It finally started running later today. I'm guessing the O2 sensor needed time to adjust?

    Maybe the sawzall vibrated crud loose into the O2 sensor.
