Won't hurt to try and hit them ball joints
with one pump of grease into the fitting anyways.

I still say ball joints. They may be tight but they either need grease or replaced

Hey guys I've been having trouble finding the right thread, but I think I've found it. I have a 92 4x4 f150 with the inline 6 and have been puzzled on this issue for years. Since the tires won't sit straight its been a mountain climber. But she needs to be back on the road now. When I back up in reverse the tires sit straight. But when I pull up in gear I hear a creak and the tires are cambered in (I believe its in, sits like this /----\)
