I'm rockin 38s with 3.55s.... It's been a rough journey for my transmission, starting to slip a bit. Ive got a set of 4.56s sitting at home but the idea of a SAS is holding me back. I forgot to mention that I picked up a dana 50 from a 2003 f250 (complete rotor to rotor including all steering gear) for $50 :p couldn't pass up the deal! But don't listen to them TxFx04, 37s are calling your name :evillol:

You have no idea.... I try to keep it under 2000 rpms when taking off, she does alright though. But Jarret, I'm pretty set on doing leafs since the axle I bought is already set up for leafs and it came with the stock leaf springs. So to save myself some money for now I will fab up some lift shackles for the front. Good thing is that the axle ALSO came with dropped shackle hangers from Fabtech. Trying to figure out just how much lift they provide, but with those and the shackles the lift kit came with, it was about 3.5"s of lift so my homemade shackles shouldn't have to be too big.

My poor tranny is the only thing keeping me away from a 3" body and 35s.

It's on Jarret! Only condition is that you have to come to me for the race Mr. 50 mpg... I aint driving out to Texas with 10 mpg!

But I've got 163k on my original transmission and I fear that may be the next thing to go...
