As you can see the from the above pictures, my tailgate got a bubble and when it "popped" it peeled the paint off with it. I'm no painter, so can someone tell me how the process works? I have a pretty large dent in my back bumper, is there any way I can pop the dent out myself or will someone have to do it for me? I want my deflectors off the doors, but last time I did that it left like a strip of glue where they were held on and I couldn't get it to come off for anything, so what's best to get that off with? If anyone knows how, can someone photoshop my truck without the pinstripe? I'm thinking about doing away with it as well.
Just do it, take the pinstripe off. You'll like the way it looks along with the door trim. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I plan on removing my door trim this week. Just do it, ive never heard someone that did it and didnt like it.
I was reluctant to strip my door trim for a while and after I did I realized how much it cleans the overall look of the truck up. Do it, you won't regret it. Sent from my iPhone 5 using Tapatalk
I'm taking mine off this Saturday also. I plan on putting my camo fx4 stickers also. My Oem ones are all faded Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Updated picture of my truck. I took the running boards and the vent shades off, painted the grill, and now I'm working on the dents. This is my most favorite thing I've done yet.
Been putting off posting this, but here we go haha. Painting the tailgate was a fail, big time. No matter how I sanded, prepped, and so on, the same place bubbled back up, so when I get the dents and other damage on my driver's side pulled and repainted I'll just have them do my tailgate as well.
