    so a crazy idea came into my head a couple weeks back, so instead of doing the mini h1 for the fog lights. what about led pods for them? would it be splice and dice into the factory harness or could I buy a plug and hook it up that way

    You could wire a female plug to match the factory make plug on the truck and plug them in that way.

    Now I just need to buy the led pods, I know napa (out of all places) sells them and a real auto store down town sells them also, now just need to wait to get home and see what they cost.

    Any of the 4" round LED pods will work. You won't have any cutoff though, so you will only be able to run them with traffic

    I run my fogs when I don't run my headlights, during days when sun is visible and can see other vehicles. But I don't wanna spend the money with rigid lights, and the other camps is I can think of right now is vision x and Cree, but if I find some good lights when I am home I am gonna buy them
