troyer fans running hot

    should i go back to the stock fan clutch i have troyer efans and, they work alright but when i want ac my truck runs at 230- 234 in traffic at 103 degrees. should i go back to the stock fan clutch or, is this about normal i don't want to cook my heads ? 2003 f150 219,000 built transmission edge programer

    welcome... With it being 103 outside, and sitting in traffic sure it's going to run hotter. Is this the only time it runs at that temp? I would also make sure your efans are working correctly. From what I understand when you kick on the AC both fans should be kicking on.
