Damn that's a high payment, not really for a 42k truck but it's up there. We financed the liberty with a 12k loan balance, at 3% our payment was 180 a month. I think it was a 5 year, I can't remember. We paid it off when we sold our old house. I'm shooting to finance a max of 15k, and if I can't find anything that works with that, it's a no go.

Ha ha, that's a nice one, but it has a teeny tiny bed on it ba ha. I test drove that burgundy dually today and I have to say, I am quite disappointed. It's very gutless. I was expecting more for 350 stock hp. Does a tuner wake that thing up THAT much?

Feels like pulling a fully loaded trailer when
I've accidentally turned the chip knob to stock.

I know how it is. I switched my truck to stock just for the hell of it. I don't know how I did it for so long without a tuner. Maybe I need to test drive a privately owned truck with a tuner on it.

I'm not sure how the Powerstrokes are but new Cummins have torque management that keeps hat changes the torque curve so those tremendous torque numbers you see are onky when the torque converter locks

Try getting into from a roll in 4th gear and see how it feels

Did you see the lights on that thing?

I'd stick with single wheels if I was you. Duallys are nice if you're towing all the time, but can you imagine how much $$$ you'll burn buying 6 tires?

Awesome! glad it's working out for you! Good to know I'm on the right track ha ha. My dad has one too as a personal rig. He likes it. He got it with 130k on the ticker and hasn't had a single issue in 2 years. Can't go wrong with the ol 5.4.

As far as duallys go it would be so nice for towing, the tire cost was on my mind but it seems with the trucks I'm finding that the duallys with lower miles are cheaper than the srw with below 100k. It's weird. I'll test drive a couple more and see what else is out there.
