Recently I noticed with headlights and fog lights on when I push window buttons up hold the button in even after windows up my lights dim and the fan blower dim. I have an Optima red top battery only about six months old not even.

I wouldn't worry about it. Even with a new alternator and battery my truck did this, and still does it to this day.

It shouldn't mess anything up. On my truck, I can hear the heater slow down just by flipping my high beams on Lol.
