Could it be in the settings? That's the only reason the guides went missing if you accidentally change the settings.
I don't change anything in the settings. I set them to on in the settings and then they just disappear. Then I go back into the settings and they're turned off and I have to turn them back on. I'm gonna take it to the stealership today and see if they know anything
Ford's computers kinda blow. My mom's Limited has the ambient lighting, and no matter how many times you set them to a specific color, they ALWAYS revert back to that god awful light blue color after a day or two, tops. They absolutely will not stay the color you set them to. It seems as if there's memory issues. It's a miracle the clock doesn't have to be reset every other day. Apparently it has to be a computer thing. I went to the dealership and asked about it and they said that they had people bring in 2011 Escapes and Edges with the same problem, but I was the first one with an F150 to come in. There's no TSB about it and he said there's really nothing he can do other than try to replace the camera. Guess I'm just gonna be getting used to resetting it every now and then. Dang computers
