My tires shipped through a freightline service too. The driver called me about 20 minutes before he got there making sure someone was home to sign. Then he had to drive his 18 wheeler down my little street over to my house. I'm sure my neighbors were asking themselves why the **** a semi truck was on my street hahaha
Well got hit with some good ol' Dylan luck. Ordered my wheels and tires exactly 2 weeks ago, money left my account the next day and since then the tracking number hasn't been working. I finally called them to see what the deal was. Turns out they never even shipped. they've been sitting in the warehouse since i ordered. Customer Service said they were gonna handle it and ship everything asap. Pretty heated about that though... they failed to tell me this. so hopefully everything will be here by the end of the week...
I'd demand the cost of shipping be refunded 100% to be honest. That's just a complete joke regardless of who's fault it is. You're more patient than me, I would have been blowing up their phone on the daily! Sent from my iPhone 6 using Tapatalk
