Anyways, I got my mid travel on, limit straps welded on, front glass fenders on, and drive her atleast once a week.

Due to the upper arms being too long, my alignment wasnt even close. So i got nee ones made for free!

The reason why Limit straps are needed... So this doesnt happen

That about wraps it up. Next is some rear glass and try to sell a bunch of leftover parts and my old lift.

^that one is long gone. I will make my next one...just need a tube roller, Miller Multimattic and some chromolly. Ill be using the OEM bumper cover to get a nice clean look. Fog lights will still be mounted under the top bar.

Looks sweet man. Who actally built the kit for you?

I wouldn't use chromoly for a bumper. Not worth it and it's hard to weld and welds can Crack if not done right. I'd go 1.75" .120 Dom if you want something beast or .095 if you want lighter.
I just ordered a rogue fab bender with several dies. They're not cheap but amazing bends. I think the 1.75 die is 350 bucks. I'm going to be doing shock hoops and front an rear bumpers. Eventually suspension stuff too

He did not weld them, i had a buddy who builds prerunners do it. He had the welder.

Chromo i have welded before on the racecar and its doing just fine with how much we rag on it. Chromo or dom, either would work. Yeah 1.75 x.120 would be the top bar for sure, mounts would be boxed from the frame rails.
