Unreliable for sure. The seller has been awesome about answering questions and getting the tires to the shipping company quick but the shipping company is screwing up. Got another delay message this morning then shortly after I got a notification saying they are in Richmond (2 hours away) I really need them on the truck tommorow night because of a road trip on Friday and me being out of town till Wednesday night.

 

If I don't hear anything from them by 12 on when they should be delivered or any updates I'm calling them and tearing someone a new one. This is getting ridiculous

After a long series of phone calls, the tires won't be here until Monday. Road runner transportation is TERRIBLE. Missed the deadline by a week, put fake updates on there tracking, and has terrible customer service. I called them and asked to talk to a supervisor and I explained my situation to the guy and how I really needed them today and about the fake updates and all the delays, and he says sorry there's nothing I can do about it and hangs up the phone. I wasn't yelling or cussing or anything either I mean you could tell I was mad but I wasn't being an ass or unreasonable about it. Anyways, now I'm livid. There corporate office will be getting a call from me and hopefully they have the decency and balls to actually talk to me and not just say theres nothing I can do and hang up.

 

Yep. Said sorry sir there is nothing I can do about it now and just hangs up. I could understand hanging up if I was yelling or cussing at him but I wasn't, but you could still tell I was mad if you know what I mean. They did garuntee delivery on Monday tho so that's good. Now with my luck they shipped the wrong size or something lol. I did have to end up pushing my trip back, but it's just a trip to my grandparents to do some trail work for them, cut some trees down, and mess around on the atv lol. So at least I didn't have a hotel to cancle or something.

 

Yep, sometimes going over their heads gets action.

Reported the local CVS to corporate for waiting on 5 drive thru
customers while my wife stood at the pharmacy register
to pick up my medications.

Received a phone call next day from the head pharmacist apologizing for what happened.
Told them short staffing the store to get payroll bonus effects customer service.
They were dumbfounded I knew about
payroll bonus to management for
keeping payroll costs low.

I'm guessing shipping of your tires fell
into not a full truck load so they were
held until the next full load went out.

That would be my guess too. Honestly I wouldn't be mad if they just said from the beginning hey we are gonna miss the estimated date by a week. Instead, they gave me updates saying the truck has left multiple times when it really didn't. Idk maybe I'm being impatient or unreasonable, I just don't like being told something when it's not true or someone can't stick to it.

 

Suckers I hate when people lie and don't do their jobs. I'd be pissed too if the guy hung up on me. I would have kept calling until I got better answers. Good luck
